A log of the books I have read and my opinions of them. :)

Book #1 Firebird, by Mercedes Lackey. I have read and finished book number one! I really enjoyed Firebird, it had everything you could want in a story; adventure, magic, and romance. Read it, its an awesome book!

Book #2 The Hunger Games, by Suzanne Collins . I loved this book so much! It only took me two days to read, it was that good. I will definitely read the rest of the series, and also see the movie being made.

Book #3 The Story of a Girl, by Sara Zarr. Quick read, but very interesting.

Book #9 Me and Mr.Darcy, by Alexandra Potter. Cute and funny book!

Book #10 Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter, by Seth Grahame Smith. I really enjoyed this book, it had humor and horror.

Book #11 Plain Truth, by Jodi Picoult. This book was great! The twist at the end made it worth reading.

Book #12 Sweethearts, by Sara Zarr. A very quick read, didn’t really get into it. I felt the ending was not summed up well.

Book #13 Revelations, by Melissa De La Cruz. Quick read, I really loved how the author wrote this book (it flowed well). On to the next book in the series. :)

Book #14 The Van Alen Legacy, by Melissa De La Cruz. This book was great! I loved it cover to cover. I will for sure read the next book.

Book #15 Living Dead Girl, by Elizabeth Scott. This book was very sad, it makes you feel lucky for the life you have.

Book #16 Evermore, by Alyson Noel. I thought the main character was a little boring and hard to relate to. Overall I liked the book, there was a great twist!

Book #17 Spring Awakening by Frank Wedekind. This book is technically a play, so the way it was written was fun to read. It is suppose to be a comedy, but I found it to be sad. Great life lessons!

Book #18 The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson. This book was amazing! It had everything you could want in book; romance, mystery, suspense. But its definitely for a mature audience. I’m very excited to read the next book in the trilogy!

Book #19 The Girl Who Played With Fire by Stieg Larsson. Such a good book! Just as intense as the first. I’m excited to read the third and final book.

Book #20 A Curse Dark as Gold by Elizabeth C. Bunce. This book was like a historical fairy tale! It followed the along the story lines of Rumpelstiltskin, but had so much more mystery and spookiness.

Book #21 A Child Called “It” by Dave Pelzer. This book is a true story, therefore its very heartbreaking and sad. It tells the story of a child whose mother is extremely abusive. A very eye-opening book!
Book #22 Out of my Mind by Sharon M. Draper. A very insightful look into the life a child who has cerebral palsy. A must-read for future teachers!

Book #23 My Life Among the Serial Killers by Helen Morrison. This book was super interesting, yet very intense.

Book #24 I Beat the Odd, by Michael Oher. I had to read this book for a class and it turned out to be good! This book was very inspirational and very eye opening. I’m happy Michael Oher has not been changed by fame!

Book #25 Illegal, by Bettina Restrepo. This was another book I had to read for school. It’s about an illegal immigrant girl searching for her father. There are many scary life situations that she must over-come. There is no happy ending, just a realistic one.

Book #26 A Passion Redeemed by Julie Lessman. This was a fast and dramatic read! Loved the happy ending!

Book #27 Fairy Tale by Cyn Balog. This was a fast read, quite the page turner. I enjoyed the main characters internal monolog, very funny!
Book #28 Sliding into Home by Kendra Wilkinson. This book was a fast read, the biography itself was dramatic, sad, and funny all at the same time.
